Zero to £80K+ on Amazon UK from launch
Urban London needed a marketplace strategy that could handle two very different product categories — home décor and travel bags — under one account on Amazon UK. We built it from scratch.
Two categories, one brand, zero Amazon presence
Urban London, a UK-based brand operating across home décor and travel bags, partnered with Brand Booster in January 2025 to establish its presence on Amazon UK. There was no existing Amazon infrastructure, no brand storefront, and no historical performance data to anchor advertising decisions.
The challenge was building a marketplace strategy that could handle two very different product categories — each with its own buyer behaviour, search dynamics and competitive landscape — under one account in one of the most competitive marketplaces in the world.

We came to Brand Booster in January 2025 wanting to launch on Amazon UK across two categories that do not usually live under the same brand — home décor and travel bags. The challenge for any agency is making both feel coherent without diluting either. The storefront and A+ Content they designed achieved exactly that. Over £80,000 in revenue generated and a steady 5x ROAS maintained through the launch period.
