Pricing FAQ
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees on any plan. You pay the monthly retainer and that’s it. We begin onboarding immediately once the retainer is confirmed.
What does “unlimited SKUs” mean on Scale?
It means we manage your full catalogue with no cap on product count. This includes ongoing listing optimisation, PPC coverage, and content for every active ASIN.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes — you can change plans at any time with 30 days’ notice. Most clients start on Launch or Growth and upgrade as their account scales up.
Do your fees include ad spend?
No. Ad spend goes directly to Amazon and is billed to your Seller Central account. Our retainer covers management, strategy, optimisation and reporting — not media spend.
How long before I see results?
Most accounts see meaningful improvement in ACOS and organic sessions within 60–90 days. Revenue growth typically becomes most visible at the 3–6 month mark as keyword rankings compound.
Do you work with Noon as well as Amazon?
Yes. Noon management can be added to any plan. Ask about our Noon add-on during your free audit call and we’ll scope it based on your catalogue size.
What if I need something custom?

Is there a minimum contract length?
We recommend a minimum of 3 months to see meaningful results — Amazon takes time to respond to optimisation. After that, all plans are rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice to cancel.
