- GoHighLevel (GHL) — our CRM and form processing platform. Form submissions are stored in GHL to manage enquiries and follow-ups. GHL is GDPR-compliant and processes data in accordance with their privacy policy.
- Internal team members — relevant Brand Booster team members who need to respond to your enquiry.
- Service providers — hosting, email delivery and IT support providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
We do not transfer your personal data outside the UAE or EEA without adequate safeguards in place.
6How long we keep your data
We retain your data only as long as necessary:
- Enquiry and contact form data is retained for 24 months from last contact, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
- Client account and contractual records are retained for 7 years in accordance with UAE commercial law.
- Server logs are automatically purged after 90 days.
You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below).
